As a bigger man, I do sometimes struggle to use normal bikes as my muscles are so big. But got a bike and trais were beautiful.

we had a wonderful family day out - the staff are super helpful and friendly - we will definately be back. one minor point, we didnt see any recycling bins and ended up taking our waste home with us - perhaps this is a good intention but with so many plastic bottles around (and some seen on the trail) could you put recycling bins at the centre?
There is a big bank of recycling bins near the bridge - plastic, glass, paper and cardboard can all be recycled

Please, please, please sign post the family trail more clearly. There's nothing worse than tired disgruntled children when the grown ups can't find the way. Cafe great, and Verderers trail (without kids) fab!

Our newly established cycle club (Cor Meibion Caldicot Cycle Club)A decision was made to try out the pedal a bike away site and boy oh boy what a fantastic morning we had on the Verderer's Trail, half a mile from finish and the smell of Bacon butties was an inspiration to cycle that little bit harder, such a friendly atmosphere even with other cyclists honestly I cannot put into words what a great site this is, carry on the good work boys hope to bring more members up soon.

First time vistors and most impressed with the setup.Place was a hive of activity. We made one big mistake and that was newbees need a trail map as we found the family trail only sign posted occasionally ,thankfully we managed to ask our way around the trail.A few green trail markers spread evenly along the trail would greatly help first timers to enjoy a uninterrupted ride. You can also down load maps off the website.Once again thanks for the experience.

I visited your centre yesterday with a blown out rear tyre. Your repair engineer
spared no effort to fix the problem, finally fixing me a temporary repair to get
me home. In the event I found another cycle shop that stocked the tyre so was
able to get home.
I appreciate the effort he went to to sort out the problem. Thank you.

My first group ride away from our local trails in beds/bucks and it was just brilliant. Verderers with the red level dragon tail was outstanding, the natural trails around the area were cool, nice pubs and the staff were just excellent. Im not particularly good at bike repair but to fix my rear dérailleur and replace my rear tyre (at a great price) inside 20 minutes on a busy day was so awesome.
Thoroughly recommended, I'll recommend to friends and fellow riders and I'll be back again very soon! Thanks

Seasons Greetings and our grateful thanks to Jody, James and the team of Pedalabikeaway, Cannop. Recently we purchased a brace of their ex fleet Trek Series 3s and a bike trailer all of which were excellent, unfortunately one of the bikes developed a fault just after purchase but, despite the fact that a race event was being held last weekend they found the time to rectify the fault so the bike was fixed in order for us to travel back to Swansea all done free of charge, we would like to say how much we have enjoyed our visits to their facility where every effort has been made by the management to provide something for everyone over the whole spectrum of riding/fitness ability regardless of age. We were delighted with the comprehensive range of facilities which include cafe, providing packed lunch, bike shop, workshop, bike wash and rider wash! and the whole relaxed pleasant atmosphere which makes it such a great place to be. We both eagerly look forward to our next visit and would like very much to join the track maintenance volunteer scheme when we move to the area. Again our grateful thanks, Judith and Tim.

Did the Verderers Trail yesterday for the first time - absolutely brilliant fun! I'm fairly new to mountain biking but found all of it a great mix of enjoyable, challenging and slightly scary (in places)! Just what I need in improving my skills. Great route, great facilities. Thanks!

Drove from Northampton on 24/9/11 and had a great time, the trails aren't overly difficult (hence the blue grading), but they flow absolutely perfect and finish off with the Dragons Tail which is just the dogs!
I also rode the red trail and the volunteers who have built this have done a great job, I really hope they can do more.
After a good ride all that's left is food, I popped in for a bacon and egg nap which was great and the staff were helpful and friendly to boot.
I've ridden the "big" trail centres in England and Wales and I can honestly say I enjoyed this visit just as much, I will be back.

I just wanted to thank everyone who was so kind to me yesterday when I came off my bike and dislocated my shoulder - staff and visitors alike. You were all a very compassionate, helpful and friendly bunch. I couldn't have got stuck waiting for an ambulance in a more beautiful part of the country! Will be back for more.

me and my 11 yr old son cycled the family trail . It was wonderful and one of the best cycle routes we have ever done. The first 6km can be quite tough for young legs , a gradual climb , but after that it eases off quite considerably and there are lots of downhills which are fabulous. Next time we go we will explore some of the other paths and perhaps end with a picnic at Cannop Ponds
