During the summer months it is always tempting to ride out without a helmet. However we have many stories of riders that wished they had followed good pratice and worn a helmet and those that did wear one that say it probably saved their lives.

Pedalabikeaway always recommends the wearing of cycle helmets and other safety equipment designed to protect you during cycling adventures.
