Bike Hire
We have a wide range of high quality leisure and mountain bikes available for hire. All our bikes are supplied by well known manufacturers and are replaced on regular rotating schedule to ensure you get maximum enjoyment from your ride. They are maintained to a high standard and checked before every ride. Click on the photos below for more detailed information.
We have discounted rates for groups and recommend booking in advance to ensure bikes are available as weekends and holiday periods are usually pretty busy.

Family/Leisure Cycling
Comfortable, sturdy hybrid bikes from Dawes are ideal for a day out with the kids. With wide saddles, an upright riding position and 21 gears the Dawes Discovery is specifically designed for the Forest of Dean Family Trail. We can also provide kids seats, tagalongs and trailers to make sure everyone (even the dog) can get involved.

Mountain Bikes
We work exclusively with Trek to provide a range of bikes suitable for all the cross-country routes in the Forest of Dean. From hard-tail, hydraulic disc brake Trek 4700s to the full-suspension Remedy 8 and Fuel EX8, as well as a handful of Superfly 29ers we have every bike you will ever need for a great day out on the Forest singletrack

Downhill Bikes
New for 2013 is our range of Downhill bikes from Nukeproof. The FOD has an international reputation for the range of downhill trails available. Local riders started cutting tracks into the steep escarpmanet behind the cycle centre over 20 years ago and there are now 8 official (and plenty more unofficial) lines across the hill.
